German traces along the Danube -

travel, encounter, experience

As part of the “Migration in the Danube Region” exhibition, the museum worked with a partner network to develop a tourist website that invites you to (re) discover the Danube region.

Many localities between the Danube city of Ulm and the Serbian capital Belgrade have a connection to emigration in the 18th century. The website presents 80 cities and villages in Germany, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Croatia, whose history is linked to migration from southwest Germany to this region.
