Ehinger library

Hungarian literature in German forms a surprisingly large part of German-language literature. When the “Ehingen Library – Ehingeni Könyvtár” was set up, it turned out that the proportion of women writers with more than 50 authors – with independent works – is unexpectedly large and diverse. Gudrun Brzoska built up the “Ehingen Library” with great enthusiasm. The specialist in Hungarian literature in German has created a literature database (http://www.ungarische-literatur.eu) and writes reviews of Hungarian literature published in German. The exhibition in the DZM showed books and presented contemporary authors from Hungary.
