Schools in the Museum

The Danube Swabian Museum is a dynamic place for learning through experience. Using original artefacts, the museum offers visitors the chance to make a direct encounter with Danube Swabian history and Southeast European cultures. We invite pupils to attend exciting tours and workshops where they can deepen their knowledge by dealing with topics such as migration, culture and everyday life, escape and expulsion in a lively and vibrant atmosphere. We also offer special programmes and educational artistic activities in conjunction with our temporary exhibitions and in the Easter and Christmas periods.

Duration: 60–90 minutes
Fee: €1 per pupil

Some of the activities we offer can also be booked in English and Hungarian. Please enquire about such offers in advance.
